Negative Matching
Negative Matching is sometimes used in a PPC strategy to ensure that a Keyword which might normally be associated with your offering does not produce a Click, because in your specific case, it does not apply. For example, if you used a Keyword Phrase like Solar Panels and your company only sells commercial versions of them, you could avoid any clicks from people searching for Residential versions by setting this as a Negative Keyword.
Of course, this ties in directly with your SEO and PPC Keyword Strategies.
