Marketing Life Cycle
The Marketing Life Cycle describes the stages of a person’s mental state on the journey from Lead to Client. They are:
- Aware
- Interest (or Consideration)
- Preference
- Order
- Reorder
The stage or phases are sometimes labeled differently, depending on the sales cycle involved. For example, with complex products in B2B markets involving research and deep understanding, the phases may be called:
- Awareness
- Research
- Negotiation
- Purchase
- Re-Purchase
