Hyperlink
A Hyperlink (or link for short) is a link to another location in the current website (internal link), or a completely different website (external link). The hyperlink can be embedded in a text object, or in a graphic element.
Hyperlinks are usually identifiable by the fact the mouse cursor changes when traveling over the hyperlinked area, showing that the area is “clickable”. When used in combination with text, the hyperlinked text is usually identified by underlined, blue text (such as with “Anchor Text” in the next paragraph).
