A single page reveals your entire online sales lead generation and management performance at a glance: From the top of the funnel to the bottom, your actual performance is compared against your targets, with any problems pinpointed clearly. It’s a simple, yet very powerful system:

  • Green: you’re on target
  • Yellow: you’re below target but still trending above your historical performance
  • Red: there is a problem and you’ve dropped below your historical performance.

Want more detail? Any metric on the dashboard can be clicked to display the detailed view along the bottom, including a historical trend over the last 12 months.

In the following description, terms in bold refer to a metric on the dashboard.

Inbound Marketing Automation Dashboard by GossamarThe Left side of the dashboard’s dials indicate the Sentiment of your reputation in the Social Media (Positive or Negative as a Percentage), and the Number of Mentions in blogs, communities and forums, etc.

The Right side of the dashboard indicates the number of Visitors to your site over the past 30 days; Active Visitors who have visited at least 2 pages of the site (the difference between these two numbers yields Bounce Rate, or the percentage of visitors who come to your site and quickly leave); those who converted to Prospects by giving you their name and email address, and the nurtured prospects whose scores achieved Sales-Ready status and were then assigned to a sales rep. This is literally where “the rubber meets the road” for your marketing performance, as these statistics give you real and meaningful insight into your ongoing performance.

At the bottom of the funnel, the Gossamar dashboard summarizes the number of new prospects generated over the last 12 months through your Inbound Marketing Automation program, and the $ Sales that were generated as a result (automatically calculated by seamlessly integrating your Marketing Automation system with your Sales Automation or CRM system).
